Covid-19 – UPDATE

We are open and seeing patients!

There are some differences to how we normally practice but that does not affect the quality of care that you will receive.

Your appointment will now be split into 2 stages:-

Stage 1: Telephone/video consultation. We will ask some screening questions relating to Covid-19 and your current health. Our infection control and PPE will be explained and we will take a full case history. This should take about 15 minutes.

Stage 2: On arrival at the practice we ask that you stay in your car and let us know that you have arrived. We would ask you to wear your own face mask.

Face-to-face treatment will be about 15 minutes. We are being advised to keep contact time to a minimum. Given the telephone consultation this will give us time to assess and treat effectively.

We are currently following the Guidance from the Institute of Osteopathy. Their guidance is based on the current Government guidance and the advice of Public Health England and the World Health Organisation.
